There’s been an influx of beautiful new products in the market lately – so many, in fact, that could you update your entire abode from flooring to furniture. I’ve picked out a few stylish finds for every décor need. (Not that I’d recommend putting all these pieces in the same space.)
Flooring:
Design your own area rug with carpet squares from FLOR. One of the latest collections, Positive Slant, puts a groovy graphic spin on traditionally staid flooring options.

Wallcovering:
Deck your walls with the iconic Zebras wallcovering from Scalamandre. The traditional design house gets an ethnic twist with 13 colorway options, from Masai Red, shown here, to Zanzibar Gold.

Furniture:
Art Deco connoisseurs will appreciate the new Cosmo collection from Jonathan Charles, which “fuses Northern Italian and postwar design elements for highly ‘wearable’ pieces relevant to the needs of modern day tastemakers.” The Hyedua sidebar shown here is an especially lovely piece.

Accessory:
The Bali High Lamp comes courtesy of a collaboration between lighting manufacturer Frederick Cooper and interior designer Larry Laslo. “Design should not be complicated,” says Laslo. “Each design in my new collection conveys its origin – my inspirations, travels, collectibles – in its simplest form, so you can appreciate the beauty of the design without the added embellishments.”

…and a Bathroom Sink
The lowly bathroom gets reinvented with Duravit’s redefined X-Large series by Sieger Design. The simple yet elegant collection includes 112 models in eight different finishes; form meets function in beautiful and unexpected ways.
