New England Influence at the Hampton Designer Showhouse
July 14, 2014
By Lynda Simonton
The famed Hampton’s Designer Showhouse will open this Sunday, July 20 and it is already creating quite the buzz. As always, the showhouse features rooms created by some of the most notable designers in the country. Two designers, whose work has been featured on the pages of New England Home, have created rooms for this year’s showhouse —so there is a New England influence in Bridgehampton this year.
Gil Walsh’s own Martha’s Vineyard retreat was featured in the July-August 2009 issue of New England Home. This gracious family home reflects Walsh’s incredible attention to design detail and classic coastal style.

Cynthia Rinfret is well known for creating glamorous Greenwich style and the home gracing the pages of our New England Home Summer 2011 issue is no exception. Both luxe and comfortable the interiors Rinfret created are the perfect backdrop for a busy young family.
