Lighten Up!

I don’t feel like layering yet, surprisingly, even as the mornings remind us we’re edging from summer into fall. There will be plenty of time for sweaters and bulky throws in the months to come. Looking to unclutter a corner of the house here and there, I found what I was looking for at Design Within Reach, where some new pieces are sure to lift your spirits, as they did mine:

The George Console Table and Stool

Minimalist done to a T: Made of raw oak and measuring just under 13 inches deep, the table fits anywhere and can be mounted to the wall. Perfect for creating a small workstation or breakfast bar!
