Just In – The Kuba Collection

By Lynda Simonton
The new Kuba Collection from Peter Fasano is a rich line of hand painted and silkscreened fabrics from the Great Barrington, Massachusetts based designer and artisan. The linens come in a seven patterns and wide range of colorways. The fabrics have a distinctly rustic, ethnic feel to them.
I find these fabrics so appealing because of the earthiness of the colors and the hand crafted quality of the fabrics. Additionally, tribal fabrics seem to work in just about any style of decor. They are right at home in modern spaces and seem to work brilliantly in traditional ones as well. Adding these types of fabrics to a room provides the layers of depth that give a room a sophisticated appeal.
Here are a few highlights from the collection.
