Readers who live in Connecticut are likely well-aware of Terrain in Westport. So, if this is old news—my apologies! For other readers who have yet to experience this amazing store, this Friday Favorite is for you. The store is located on the Post Road in Westport, not far off exit 18 of I95, so if you happen to be driving through that neck of the woods plan a stop at this true “shopping destination.”

Honestly, I am almost at a loss for how to describe the store—there are amazing plants, outdoor containers, furniture, luxury apothecary items, decorative items with an “outdoorsy” feel, and everything you want to make your own terrarium. It is the kind of shop that inspires you and, quite frankly, gets you to spend a lot of money! There is also a lovely restaurant, so plan to spend a couple of hours for the full Terrain experience.
