Like the shadows of bamboo cast on a wall, the silhouette of the Amber Branches chair evokes nature in polycarbonate form. Perfect for the patio or a sleek urban interior, the stackable seating is just as comfortable as it is stylish. I loved seeing this chair paired with Ben Wolff pots, plants and rustic iron pieces while visiting Pergola in New Preston, Connecticut, last weekend.

One of my favorite finds at ICFF was the new Metropolis collection from Lladro Atelier. (It actually made its debut at Maison & Objet but, alas, I wasn’t at the Paris show.) Each individual pastel-colored porcelain building is beautifully detailed. Grouped together, the buildings form a utopian city that at first glance seems only aesthetically beautiful; a closer look reveals the function of each: vase, lamp, mirror, box.

With one look you may think these stones are merely a Zen element for the indoors. But a closer inspection reveals these cold, hard-looking stones are just a softer version of a previous Friday Favorite from Kara Lashley. These cuddly cushions from Fivetimesone beautifully mimic the marbling pattern of real stone but are 100 percent natural wool and come in different colors and sizes. Soft and plush, these pillows are stone-cold comfortable–now that’s something to meditate over.
