An Uncommon Contemporary Condo

November 25, 2014

By Maria LaPiana

A dream client (newly single). A gifted and fearless designer. A striking space in the Ritz Carlton overlooking the Boston Common. Together, they equal far more than the sum of their parts. Just take a look at the 2,700-condominium transformed by designer Eric Roseff (the article appears in the January/February issue of New England Home).  Working with a soothing and sophisticated color palette of black, white, and gray, the designer created a provocative space that met every one of his client’s requirements: something modern with traditional bones, distinct dining and living areas—a residence unlike any he had lived in before. Roseff was delighted the owner showed “guts and imagination,” while the owner credits his designer with extraordinary vision. See for yourself: The issue is on newsstands January 6, 2015.
