Amy Beth Cupp Dragoo: Color Palettes Inspired by New England Seasons
January 24, 2012
No matter the season, I am consistently finding interior design color palette inspiration from the nature outside our windows.
Mother nature can teach us a lot about balance, texture, repetition, shape and pattern.
I am so mesmerized by nature’s inspiration. After being away from it for so many years, I live for the weekends we spend in the hills of Litchfield County.
With each season, a new color palette emerges, and I find myself smitten with a new favorite. Which one is yours?
All of these images are moments throughout the seasons that I have witnessed in our backyard. The fabrics are all available at one of my favorite lifestyle boutiques: High Falls Mercantile in High Falls, New York.
