The clients live in the city, but they love Nantucket and decided a few years ago that it was time for them to claim a piece of summer for themselves. Their wish list was long, but luckily they found and commissioned two of the island’s residential design rock stars to make their summer dream come true: Nantucket architect Lisa Botticelli (of Botticelli & Pohl Architects and Michael D. Picard of Sudbury Design Group in Sudbury, Mass. The completed and well-loved home sits on a choice waterfront site, embraced by a landscape design that celebrates views at every turn.
