Design in Depth: Greenwich Style

To have your work committed to print is one of the best things about working for a magazine. To have it printed in a book, well, that’s just about the coolest thing that can happen.
A few months ago, Rizzoli published Greenwich Style: Inspired Family Homes by Connecticut-based interior designer Cindy Rinfret. The book is a tour of some of Connecticut’s most beautiful homes all of which Cindy has designed—including her own house in Greenwich—that were photographed by Michael Partenio and styled by me.

These are a collection of not only some of the best homes in Connecticut, but in the country. Here are a few of the unbelievable spaces I had the pleasure of working in.
Each house is given such attention, such detail that it’s almost impossible not to capture something memorable.
I happen to personally love styling the bathrooms Cindy has designed. There’s a level of detail in them that you simply don’t often see.
Of course working with a great partner like Michael helps any stylist look good. He was able to capture details that would have escaped others.
I hope you’ll have a chance to pick up a copy!
