For fifteen years, Arkins Construction Company has been providing general contracting, design and custom millwork services to clients throughout Southeastern New England. Company founder Tom Arkins – who began his building career in his native Ireland – has instilled in our crew an appreciation for traditional building craft and design harmony, all while using modern methods and within a present-day time frame. Behind the scenes, our office staff works together to create a seamless construction process with our clients from conception through completion. Tom leads a management team which represents several decades of combined experience in architectural design, interior design and construction oversight. This, along with our reputation for fine building, is why both architects and homeowners confidently place their projects in our hands.

Although restoration is a specialty and recycled historic materials used when possible, we pride ourselves on bringing a timeless quality to new construction and even simple modifications. Whether modest or grand in scale, each project is approached with an emphasis on craftsmanship and individual attention.
